How do I track my shipment after loading?

Most major shipping lines (MSC, Maersk, CMA CGM, Evergreen, etc.) offer real-time container tracking on their websites using the container or B/L number. If seeds fail quality inspection at destination, buyers must: (1) Notify us within 14 days of arrival with a detailed written complaint; (2) Provide an independent laboratory test report from an ISTA-accredited or nationally accredited laboratory; (3) Preserve a representative sample (minimum 2kg) in sealed condition as a reference specimen. We then compare the arrival test results against our pre-shipment Certificate of Analysis.
